Build any form
Thirteen question types: short and long text, number, date, yes/no, single and multiple choice, star and 1–10 ratings, drag-to-rank, grids, and file upload. Drag questions into order, add section headings, and preview exactly what members will see.

Send to any group
Address a form to the whole org, one ensemble, one cycle, or a single section, and see how many people that reaches before you send. Members get an email and an in-app notification with a link straight to it.

Anonymous responses
Collect honest feedback with no names attached. You see totals, averages, and common words, never who said what and never a list of who has not replied. The setting locks once the first response arrives, so the rules cannot change after people have answered.

Deadlines and results
Set a deadline and ScoreOrder reminds whoever has not answered, then closes the form on time. Watch the response rate climb, read a visual summary of every question, chase stragglers individually, and export the whole thing as CSV.

Where members already look
Forms show up on each member's home page until they have answered. They fill one out in a couple of taps and get an email copy of their responses.
Questions
Can people outside the roster fill out a form?
Yes. Every form has a share link you can send to anyone, alongside the email and in-app notice members receive.
Can members save a form and finish later?
Yes. A half-finished form saves as a draft, and drafts are listed separately from completed responses.
Why can't I see who has not answered an anonymous form?
Naming them would reveal who did answer by elimination. The form shows the count instead, and a reminder still reaches everyone outstanding.
