  • One place for directors and players

    Announcements, direct messages, and group chats live in one inbox, with push notifications on players' phones. The member portal is where each player finds the rehearsal calendar, their RSVPs, their part and seat, rehearsal recordings, and what they owe, so nothing gets lost in an email thread.

  • Seating charts for concert band

    Drag players from the roster into arced rows, color the sections, and keep a straight row across the back sized for percussion. Publish the chart and every player sees their own chair.

  • A library that knows band music

    Search the Wind Repertory Project to add a piece with its grade, duration, and instrumentation filled in. Filter the library by grade, by when you last played a piece, or by what you own, and export it all to a spreadsheet.

  • Parts and assignments

    Break each piece into its parts, fill them in from the instrumentation, and assign every player. Publish, and each player sees their part in the member portal, so nobody shows up to rehearsal on 3rd clarinet by surprise.

  • Attendance by section

    Take attendance for the whole band in one pass, or let each section leader mark their own section. Players report absences ahead of time, and anyone falling behind is flagged before the concert.

  • Instruments, uniforms, and dues

    Lend out tubas, percussion equipment, and uniforms with due dates and return reminders. Collect dues and uniform fees online through your own Stripe account.

Does it work for wind ensembles, jazz bands, and marching bands?

Yes. Sections sort in score order whatever you call them, drumline sections are recognized, and one organization can run a concert band, a jazz band, and other ensembles side by side.

Can we look up pieces on the Wind Repertory Project?

Yes. Search by title when adding a piece and ScoreOrder fills in the composer, grade, duration, and instrumentation. You can also paste a retailer link or add a piece by hand.

Can we import our existing roster and library?

Yes. Upload a CSV and an "instrument" or "section" column is recognized as each player's section. Your music library imports from a spreadsheet too.
