How it works · 5 movements

  1. 01

    One-tap roll call

Mark present, absent, or no-show for every member at every rehearsal, on one screen, from a phone at the podium. Members are listed by section in score order, whether that means flutes through percussion or soprano through bass.

  2. 02

    Section leaders take their own

Assign section leaders per cycle (a principal, or a voice-part leader in a choir) and they take attendance for their own section, without touching anyone else's data.

  3. 03

    Absences handled ahead of time

Members submit an absence request with a reason in seconds. Leaders acknowledge it with a note, and it is already on that night's attendance sheet.

  4. 04

    Rates, streaks, and history

See each member's attendance rate and full history for the season so you can follow up early. Members see their own rate and streak in the portal.

  5. 05

    Reports and exports

Review attendance across the cycle and export it as CSV any time.

Questions

Does it work for choirs?

Yes. Set an ensemble up as a chorus and its voice parts sort in score order everywhere, including divided voicings like SSAA and TTBB.

What is the difference between Absent and No Show?

Absent is for someone who let you know. No Show is for someone who did not turn up and did not say, which is usually the person to follow up with.

Is there anything to install?

No. Roll call runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I add members partway through the season?

Yes. Add people one at a time, send them the registration link, or import a CSV, and they are on the next roll call.
