A catalog of every piece you own
Record title, composer, arranger, publisher, grade, duration, instrumentation, and tags for band, orchestra, choral, jazz, and chamber works. Search by title, composer, arranger, or tag, and filter the rest.

Know where the music is
Keep the catalog number, the cabinet and drawer, the score type, how many parts you have, and what condition they are in. Link a reference recording and a digital copy, and leave staff-only notes for the librarian.

Performance history
Log when you performed each piece, so the library shows what you played this season and what you have never performed. Add a piece from the library straight to a concert cycle when you program it.

Instruments, uniforms, and gear
Catalog every instrument, uniform, folder, or piece of equipment with its category, quantity, condition, serial number, storage location, and purchase details.

Loans with reminders and sign-off
Check items out to members with a return date and send automated return reminders by email. Require members to confirm receipt digitally, and both sides get a confirmation email when they do.

Do I have to type in every piece by hand?
No. Search the Wind Repertory Project or Open Opus, or paste a retailer link, and the piece's details fill in.
Can members see what they have borrowed?
Yes. Members see everything checked out to them in their portal, with its return date.
Does it work for choral libraries?
Yes. Pieces can be marked as choral works, with piano/vocal scores as a score type, alongside your instrumental repertoire.
