  1. 01

    A sign-up page for every season

    Each concert cycle gets its own registration page with open and close dates, a welcome message, and a banner image. Share the link, or embed the form on your own website.

  2. 02

    Ask what you need to know

    Let players choose their section, or more than one. Add your own questions as text, numbers, dates, yes/no, or single and multiple choice.

  3. 03

    Section limits and waitlists

    Cap the whole ensemble, each section, or both. When a section fills, new sign-ups join a waitlist in order. Reorder it whenever you like, and when you move someone up, they hear about it right away.

  4. 04

    Approve, or let them straight in

    Review sign-ups in a queue and approve them one at a time or in bulk, with an email to each player when you decide. If you would rather not review, turn approval off and registrations go straight to the roster.

  5. 05

    Dues at sign-up

    Offer fee tiers such as standard, student, or household, and players pay through Stripe as part of registering. Require payment to enroll, or track it separately. A tier can need approval, for a reduced rate or a scholarship.

  6. 06

    Ready for next season

    Schedule the announcement email ahead of time, get notified as sign-ups arrive, export the list as CSV, and copy this season's registration settings into the next cycle.

Questions

Do returning members fill everything in again?

No. They sign in and their profile is already on file, so they only answer this season's questions.

Can new people register?

Yes. Anyone with the link can sign up. New players create their member profile first, then go straight on to the season form.

Do we have to use registration at all?

No. You can import a CSV or invite people one at a time and manage the roster yourself, and turn registration on for the seasons where you want it.
