One roster for every ensemble
See each member's sections, role, ensembles, and cycles in one list. Search by name or email, filter by ensemble, section, role, cycle, or status, choose which columns show, and export to CSV.

Bring the spreadsheet you have
Import a CSV and ScoreOrder recognizes common columns like first name, email, instrument, and voice part. Add people one at a time instead, and send invites when you are ready, with every invite marked pending, bounced, or expired so you can resend it.

Roles that match how you run
Organization admins, ensemble directors, section leaders, and members each see what they need. Assign section leaders per cycle, and they take attendance for their own section.

Your own fields and waivers
Add the fields your group tracks, like uniform size, and they appear on member profiles and the registration form. Filter and bulk-edit by them. Members agree to your waivers, and the date they agreed stays on their profile.

Notes with the right audience
Keep notes on a member and choose who can read each one: only you, admins, directors, or all staff.

Comings and goings
Members report a drop from a cycle with a reason, and you approve or deny it. Archive people who leave, with their attendance, payments, notes, and waivers kept. If they register again, they are restored automatically.
Questions
Can members update their own details?
Yes. Members edit their own contact details, emergency contact, and pronouns, and complete any waiver they are missing, from their profile.
Does everyone need an account?
No. Someone can be on the roster without an invite, and you can invite them whenever you are ready.
Can someone play in more than one ensemble?
Yes. A member can belong to several ensembles, and each cycle tracks which section they play in.
